PLEASE NOTE: Holiday orders must be placed by Dec. 11 (Dec. 1 for international orders) to ensure delivery for Christmas/Hannukah.
We ship worldwide!
All orders are shipped out within 2-4 business days from the date of your order. Item/s are sent via the U.S. Postal Service, First Class Mail.
(Business days are Monday - Friday. National Holidays are not considered business days due to the U.S. Postal service being closed.)
If you live within the continental U.S. and your CupKozy order has been marked as "shipped", it should arrive within 3 business days.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All CupKozys are guaranteed. If you receive a defective or damaged CupKozy, please send us an email and we will gladly take any necessary steps to satisfy any of our customers needs.
If you are unhappy with your CupKozy, please return the item and we will issue a refund minus shipping*.
